Welcome to NW Systems. By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. About NW Systems

NW Systems is a UK-based business specialising in high-performance PC components and custom-built desktop PCs. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and any transactions made with us.

2. Products & Descriptions

• We aim to provide accurate and up-to-date product information, including specifications, images, and compatibility details.

• Product images are for illustration purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual item.

• It is your responsibility to ensure that any component or custom build you order is suitable for your intended use.

3. Orders & Payments

• All orders are subject to stock availability and confirmation by NW Systems.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock discrepancies.

• NW Systems is not VAT registered. All prices shown on our website are final — no VAT will be added or reclaimed.

• We accept payment via major credit and debit cards, and other secure online payment methods. Orders are only confirmed once payment is received in full.

4. Delivery

• We aim to dispatch all orders promptly using trusted courier services with tracking.

• Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

• Once an item is delivered, liability for the product passes to the customer.

• We take photographs of the product and its packaging before dispatch as proof of condition at the point of shipping.

• In the event of courier damage, customers should raise a claim directly with the courier, and we will support that claim using our pre-dispatch photographic evidence.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original packaging.

• Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, provided it is in original condition.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.

• Custom-built PCs are non-refundable. Please confirm all specifications before placing an order.

6. Faulty Products & Warranties

• If you believe your item is faulty, contact us as soon as possible at the emails above.

• Faulty items will be assessed in line with the manufacturer’s warranty.

• Refunds, repairs, or replacements will follow the manufacturer’s policy and warranty terms.

• In some cases, faulty items may need to be returned directly to the manufacturer.

7. Limitation of Liability

• NW Systems is not responsible for:

• Any damage or loss that occurs after the product has been delivered.

• Indirect losses (such as lost business, downtime, or data).

• Compatibility issues, unless the product was recommended by us in writing.

• Our total liability is limited to the value of the item purchased.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

• Your personal data is only used for processing orders, communicating with you, and fulfilling customer service obligations.

• We do not share your data with third parties, except those required to fulfil your order (e.g. couriers, payment providers).

• We do not send marketing emails unless you have opted in.

9. User-Generated Content (UGC)

• Any content submitted to NW Systems by users — including product reviews, testimonials, comments, or uploaded media — is considered user-generated content.

• NW Systems does not verify, endorse, or approve any user-generated content. These materials do not reflect our opinions, values, or advice, and we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on them.

• We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove any user-generated content at our discretion.

• By submitting content, you grant NW Systems a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, and display your submission for promotional and operational purposes.

10. Changes to These Terms

• We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will take effect once posted on our website.

• Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
