Refunds & returns policy.

At NW Systems, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return a product, please review the policy below to ensure your return is eligible.

Eligibility for Returns

• Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

• The return must be requested and the product dispatched back to us within 14 days of delivery.

• Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

We will respond with return instructions and a return reference.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, provided it is in original, resalable condition.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Return Shipping Costs

• The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product, unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.

Non-Refundable Items

Custom-built systems are not eligible for a refund.

• Please ensure all specifications are confirmed before placing an order for a custom build.

Faulty Items

• If your item is faulty, contact us as soon as possible at the emails above.

• Faulty items will be assessed in line with the manufacturer’s warranty period and policies.

• Refunds, repairs, or replacements will be processed based on the manufacturer’s guidance.

• In some cases, the item may need to be returned directly to the manufacturer for inspection.

Packaging & Delivery Responsibility

• NW Systems will take photographs of each product and its packaging prior to dispatch as proof of condition at the point of shipping.

• Once the item is delivered, liability for the product passes to the customer.

• Any damage caused during transit must be reported to and handled directly with the courier. We will provide supporting photos taken before dispatch to help support your claim.
